Shipping Information:

Mt. Parnell offers shipping via air freight, UPS, or FedEx. We also offer airport pick-up on the days we travel to Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Dulles. Several customers close to these hubs utilize this method of receiving their shipments. On-site order pick-up at Mt. Parnell is also available. If you are a new customer, please inform us which airport/airline you would like to use. All air freight shipments are sent collect whereby the customer is responsible for paying the freight charge upon receipt of the shipment. We will be happy to assist you in determining which method of shipment would be most economical for you.

All shipments sent air freight, UPS and FedEx can be tracked on the respective websites. Airbill numbers are supplied to all customers using air freight, and UPS and FedEx tracking numbers are available upon request.
